Booking
Reservations can only be made online.
No reservations can be made by phone or email.
Registration
When registering, you must choose whether you want to be a MEMBER (5eur membership fee), or a CLUB MEMBER (50eur annual fee).
Admission
The access system works with biometric facial recognition.
On your account, you will need to validate your picture under "ENTER", after which you will be allowed to enter the centre and the changing room.
Payment
Invoices will be sent by email at the beginning of the new month. Fixed periods are sent in advance at the beginning of the month, individual periods at the end of the month. If the deadline is exceeded, the account and the access system will be locked until the outstanding invoice(s) have been paid. Once paid, the system will take up to 24h to unlock.

Cancellation
Only available online from your own account up to 24 hours before the start of the booked time. No cancellations by phone or email.
Hour bank
If you take off your permanent time on time, the unused funds will go into the hour bank, which can be used in the future to book individual time until the end of the indoor season, which is 31.05. On 1.06, the funds in the hour bank will be automatically reset to zero.
Changing room
Lockers with padlocks (available from the vending machine in the grandstand).
