Internal Rules of Procedure

  • The lighting of the tennis courts at the Tennis Centre is based on the time booked by the client, and is activated 5min before the start of the match and switched off 5min after the end of the match;

  • We ask you to take to the pitch at the start of your playing time and finish the game on time;
  • Only special indoor footwear with non-marking soles is allowed on indoor pitches;
  • Centre staff have the right not to allow players with inappropriate footwear onto the pitch;
  • The tennis centre has the right to charge the customer for the cleaning of the designated court;
  • It is forbidden to go indoors with sandy outdoor shoes;
  • It is forbidden to wear sandy or black/porous shoes on the pitch;
  • Behave politely on the pitches, respecting other players and children who may be on the pitches. When throwing a ball and using insensitive language, centre staff have the right to reprimand players;
  • In the event of damage to the court cover, the Tennis Centre has the right to charge the Client a fee for its restoration;
  • You are not allowed to bring snacks and coloured drinks (soda, Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, etc.) onto the pitches;
  • Pets are not allowed on the pitches;
  • Shaving, shaving and hair colouring are not allowed in the centre's washrooms;
  • In the sauna it is forbidden to use oils, honey, salt or other body care products;
  • Lockers in the changing room are for use during training only. When you leave the centre, make sure you have taken your personal belongings with you and left the locker door open. The centre is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the changing room;
  • Coaches of children's training groups are responsible for ensuring that their students know and follow the house rules, both on the pitches and in other areas;
  • In the event of damage to the inventory, the damage caused must be compensated according to the extent of the damage;
  • To ensure security, there is video surveillance in the public areas and squares of the centre;
  • No unauthorised persons are allowed on the premises of the Tennis Centre;
  • If you notice people who do not belong on the premises of the tennis centre, you must immediately inform the centre by phone or e-mail;
  • Mobile phones must be on silent mode on the tennis courts, in the training hall and in the warm-up area;
  • The consumption of strong alcoholic beverages is not permitted on the premises of the Tennis Centre (except for special events authorised by the Tennis Centre). Smoking is also prohibited;
  • The Centre has the right to choose its clients.
