Terms and conditions

Centre client:

  • The customer is a visitor to the centre
  • To use the centre, you need to register with the SportyPlus booking system via the SportyPlus app or online, information about which can be found HERE.
  • By visiting the centre, the client has previously read and accepted the centre's rules of procedure and privacy policy.
  • SportyPlus generates a client-specific door code at the time of booking, which is linked to the client's reservations and is active for the bookings made by the client 30 minutes before and after the booked time. The code can be independently shared with your own gaming partners.

Procedures for becoming a client of the Centre and conditions for using the Centre and the squares:

  • The use of the pitch is conditional on the timely payment of the playing time, the good use of the hall and the respect of your playing time. Playing over the booked time or using the pitch without a reservation without informing the centre entitles the centre to charge for the time not booked and to terminate the customer relationship in the event of subsequent infringements.
  • The centre must ensure accessibility, lighting and heating of the premises, as well as changing and washing facilities.
  • The Centre may unilaterally block an account and revoke a customer's status in the event of a breach of the internal rules, the conditions for the use of the courts or the rules of procedure.
  • Üksikaja arve saadetakse kliendile peale broneeringu ja makse tegemist SportyPlus kontol märgitud e-posti aadressile.
  • Püsiaja eest saadetakse arve iga kuu eest ette SportyPlus kontol märgitud e-posti aadressile.
  • The Centre reserves the right to cancel a booking once for events taking place at the Centre, with at least 5 calendar days' notice. In this case, the Centre will offer a replacement or cancel the invoice.
  • Keskusel on õigus broneeringut nihutada sama kellaaja raames teisele samaväärsele väljakule.
  • Üksikaegasid broneerida ja tühistada saab ainult läbi oma SportyPlusi konto.
  • Payment for individual times is made at the time of booking.
  • Püsiaja soov tuleb esitada e-kirja teel courts@fvrackets.ee
  • Kliendil on võimalus tühistada broneeritud aeg kuni 24h enne oma mänguaja algust ja sellisel juhul läheb makstud summa automaatselt kliendi SportyPlus e-kontole.
  • The customer has the right to withdraw from a permanent contract during the season by giving 30 calendar days' notice.
  • FV Rackets keskustes saab mängida aastaringselt ja igapäevaselt 06:00-00:00.
  • The centre is under automatic surveillance from 01:00 to 05:30, and an alarm adjustment fee of EUR 50 is payable when staying in the centre during this time and causing an alarm.
  • Keskusel on õiguse üksikaja väljakut muuta teavitades sellest klienti e-kirja teel.

E-konto:

  • Broneeritud üksik- ja püsiaja tühistamise korral vähemalt 24h ennem mänguaja algust, lähevad kasutamata vahendid automaatselt kliendi e-kontole.
  • E-kontol olevat virtuaalraha saab kasutada ainult uute ühekordsete broneeringute eest tasumiseks.
  • Kliendil on õigus kasutada e-kontol olevat virtuaalraha üksikaja broneerimiseks sisehooaja lõpuni, mis on kuni 31.05. kell 23.59.
  • Kord aastas 01.06 e-kontol olev virtuaalraha nullitakse automaatselt.

Stable periods:

  • Püsiaeg vormistatakse AINULT SportyPlus broneerimissüsteemis registreeritud kliendile sisehooaja perioodiks 01.09 – 31.05.
    Sooviga hiljem alustada, tuleb jooksvalt küsida vabade püsiaegade kohta courts@fvrackets.ee kaudu peale 1. septembrit.
  • Püsiaja saab lõpetada ennem 31.05 soovi korral teavitades sellest ette 30 päeva e-kirja teel courts@fvrackets.ee
  • Püsiaja varem lõpetamise korral kaotatakse eelisõiguse broneerida püsiaeg järgmiseks sisehooajaks samal ajal.
  • Püsiajad E-R vahemikus kell 15-18 võidakse tühistada keskuse poolt teavitades sellest 30p ette e-kirja teel, sest need ajad on mõeldud eelkõige lastetreeningute jaoks.
  • Sooduskampaania väljakuhinnad ei laiene püsiaja broneeringutele.
  • Keskusel on õiguse püsiaja väljakut muuta teavitades sellest klienti e-kirja teel.
